AD/CV: Isocyanurates, PET Film, Steel Pipe and Tube

Chlorinated Isocyanurates. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016, the International Trade Administration has determined net subsidy rates of 1.54 percent and 1.71 percent.

PET Film, Sheet, and Strip. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from the United Arab Emirates for the period Nov. 1, 2016, through Oct. 31, 2017, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 57.33 percent for manufacturer/exporter JBF RAK LLC.

Steel Pipe and Tube. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey for the period May 1, 2016, through April 30, 2017, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero and 2.55 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on subject goods entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Dec. 7, 2018.
