Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Iron Construction Castings. In its sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on iron construction castings from Brazil, Canada, and China and the countervailing duty order on such castings from Brazil, the International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will remain in place for five years.

Steel Nails. In its changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on steel nails from Malaysia, the International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined that Inmax Sdh. Bhd. and Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd. should be collapsed and assigned the same AD cash deposit rate (currently 39.35 percent).

Honey. The ITA preliminarily intends to rescind its new shipper review of the AD duty order on honey from China for the period Dec. 1, 2014, through Nov. 30, 2015, after determining that the sales made by Shanghai Sunbeauty Trading Co. Ltd. are not bona fide.
