IPR Enforcement: Intraoral Scanners, Microfluidic Systems, Height-Adjustable Desks

Intraoral Scanners. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1090 of intraoral scanners and related hardware and software with respect to five patent claims based on complainant Align Technology Inc.’s withdrawal of its complaint with respect to those claims.

Microfluidic Systems. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1100 of microfluidic systems and components thereof and products containing same, the ITC has determined that complainant 10X Genomics Inc. has satisfied the economic prong of the domestic industry requirement.

Height-Adjustable Desks. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1125 of height-adjustable desk platforms and components thereof with respect to one respondent based on a settlement agreement with complainant Varidesk LLC.
