AD/CV: Innerspring Units, Steel Wire Rod

Innerspring Units. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on uncovered innerspring units from China for the period Feb. 1, 2016, through Jan. 31, 2017, the International Trade Administration has applied adverse facts available to PT Sunhere Buana International’s exports, which are thus subject to an individual rate of 234.51 percent. AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods from this company that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after March 2.

Steel Wire Rod. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative AD injury determinations on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from South Africa and Ukraine. As a result, the ITA will issue AD duty orders on such goods.
