Import, Export, Entry, Safeguard Information Collections Under Review

The federal agencies listed below are seeking comments on the proposed extension or revision of information collections concerning the following.

Bureau of Industry and Security

- international import certificate (comments due by Sept. 30)

- form BIS-647P, delivery verification procedure for imports (comments due by Sept. 30)

Department of the Treasury

- form TTB F 5220.3, inventory – export warehouse proprietor (comments due by Sept. 30)

- tobacco export warehouse record of operations (comments due by Sept. 30)

- application for permit to manufacture or import tobacco products or processed tobacco or to operate an export warehouse (comments due by Sept. 30)

International Trade Administration

- procedures for considering requests for textile and safeguard actions on imports from Oman (comments due by Sept. 30)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- application to establish a centralized examination station (comments due by Sept. 26)

- form 6043, delivery ticket used to document transfers of imported goods between parties (comments due by Sept. 26)

- regulations relating to recordation and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights (comments due by Sept. 26)

- recordkeeping requirements used to verify the accuracy of claims made on entry documents regarding tariff status, admissibility, classification/nomenclature, value, and duty rate (comments due by Sept. 30)

- forms 3347, declaration of owner of imported goods agreeing to pay additional or increased duties, and 3347A, declaration of consignee when entry is made by an agent (comments due by Oct. 29)
