BIS Reviewing Import, End-User and Delivery Verification Certificates

The Bureau of Industry and Security is inviting comments through Oct. 29 on its import, end-user and delivery verification certificates. BIS states that these information collections provide the certification of the overseas importer that specific commodities will be imported from the U.S. and will not be reexported except in accordance with U.S. export regulations.
