The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Calcium hypochlorite – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on calcium hypochlorite from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Quartz products – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on quartz surface products from India and Turkey, with AD cash deposit rates of 0.33 to 3.58 percent for India and 5.13 percent for Turkey and CV cash deposit rates of 1.57 to 2.34 percent for India and 2.43 percent for Turkey

Pipe – revocation of AD duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Greece with respect to welded pipe products with specific combinations of grades, diameters, and wall thicknesses

Steel fittings – amended scope of preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on forged steel fittings from India

Tires – net subsidy rate of 29.44 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015
