AD/CV News: Calcium Hypochlorite, Electrodes, Steel, Nails, Thermal Paper
The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Calcium hypochlorite – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on calcium hypochlorite from China would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 210.52 percent and countervailable subsidies at the rate of 65.85 percent
Electrodes – continuation of AD duty order on small-diameter graphite electrodes from China, effective April 6
Hot-rolled steel – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Oct. 1, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019, with respect to nine companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Nails – dumping margin of 78.17 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019
Thermal paper – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on lightweight thermal paper from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
