Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Hot-Rolled Steel. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China for the period Nov. 1, 2016, through Oct. 31, 2017, the International Trade Administration has determined that the companies under review did not demonstrate their eligibility to be separate from the China-wide entity. No review of that entity was requested for this period, so the existing China-wide rate of 90.83 percent will apply to entries of subject goods from these companies during the period of review.

Uncoated Paper. Separate requests have been filed for a NAFTA panel to review the ITA’s final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on uncoated groundwood paper from Canada.
