Hot-Rolled Steel. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Aug. 12 through Dec. 31, 2016, the International Trade Administration has determined net subsidy rates of 0.65 percent to 1.73 percent.

Diamond Sawblades. Pursuant to a court decision, the ITA has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China for the period Nov. 1, 2012, through Oct. 31, 2013, to specify weighted average dumping margins of 3.45 percent to 22.57 percent. If the court decision is not appealed or upheld on appeal the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties based on these rates on unliquidated entries of subject goods. In addition, the AD cash deposit rates for two companies would be increased from 2.34 percent to 12.05 percent effective Nov. 2.
