The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Garment hangers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on steel wire garment hangers from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Laminated woven sacks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on laminated woven sacks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Line pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of (a) dumping at margins up to 101.1 percent and (c) countervailable subsidies at rates of 32.65 to 40.05 percent

Persulfates – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on persulfates from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel sinks – dumping margin of 1.78 percent for four exporters in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China for the period April 1, 2017, through March 31, 2018
