Woven Sacks. The ITA has postponed until Feb. 25 its final AD duty determination on laminated woven sacks from Vietnam. The ITA has also extended its provisional measures on imports of such goods from four months to not more than six months.

Isocyanurates. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain for the period June 1, 2016, through May 31, 2017, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for one manufacturer/exporter. As a result, no AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 24.

The ITA is also rescinding this review with respect to one respondent due to the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
