Hand Dryers. In trade dress infringement investigation 337-TA-1015 of hand dryers and housings for hand dryers, the International Trade Commission has found two Chinese companies to be in default based on their failure to respond to the complaint and notice of investigation.

Network Devices. The ITC has extended to April 7, 2017, the target date for completing patent infringement investigation 337-TA-945 of network devices, related software, and components thereof. The final initial determination on whether the importation, sale for importation, and sale within the U.S. after importation of these products is violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act is due Dec. 7, 2016.
