The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Glycine – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on glycine from China for the period March 1, 2018, through Feb. 28, 2019, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review

New administrative reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid from China (AD/CV)

- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CV)

- aluminum foil from China (CV)

- amorphous silica fabric from China (AD, March 1, 2018, through Feb. 28, 2019; and CV)

- carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Austria (AD), Belgium (AD), Italy (AD), Japan (AD), Korea (CV), and Taiwan (AD)

- carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Korea (AD; Oct. 31, 2017, through April 30, 2019) and Turkey (AD, Oct. 31, 2017, through April 30, 2019; and CV, Sept. 5, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018)

- circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan and Turkey (AD)

- citric acid and citrate salt from Canada (AD)

- diffusion-annealed nickel-plated flat rolled steel products from Japan (AD)

- light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey (AD)

- oil country tubular goods from China (AD)

- polyester staple fiber from Korea (AD)

- polyethylene terephthalate resin from Canada and Oman (AD)

- pure magnesium from China (AD)

- silicomanganese from Venezuela (AD)

- steel nails from the United Arab Emirates (AD)

- stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan (AD)

- welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India (AD)

Oil country tubular goods – termination of suspension agreement, rescission of administrative review, and issuance of AD duty order on OCTG from Ukraine, effective July 10, 2019

Raw flexible magnets – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on raw flexible magnets from China and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel nails – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on steel nails from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
