Glucose Monitoring Systems. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement 337-TA-1075 of electrochemical glucose monitoring systems and components thereof as to several patent claims at the request of complainant Dexcom Inc.

Memory Modules. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1089 of memory modules and components thereof, the ITC has determined to vacate an initial determination of non-infringement because the presiding administrative law judge did not first resolve the parties’ relevant patent claim construction disputes.
