The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Glass containers – dumping margin of 13.76 percent, and adjusted cash deposit rate of 3.22 percent, in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on glass containers from China

Lawn mowers – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD injury investigations of walk-behind lawn mowers from China and Vietnam and CV injury investigation of such goods from China (comments due by June 19)

Quartz products – final affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on quartz surface products from India and Turkey and negative final critical circumstances determination

Silicon metal – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on silicon metal from Russia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel nails – ITA and ITC initiation of sunset reviews of AD duty orders on steel nails from Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Taiwan, and Vietnam and CV duty order on steel nails from Vietnam
