Road Construction Materials. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative antidumping and countervailing injury determinations on biaxial integral geogrid products from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will soon issue AD and CV duty orders on these goods.

The ITC also made negative critical circumstances determinations in these investigations. As a result, subject goods that entered the U.S. prior to the dates of the ITA’s preliminary AD/CV duty determinations will not be subject to retroactive AD or CV duties.

Cut-to-Length Plate. The ITC has issued a supplemental schedule for its AD and CV injury investigations of carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from China. Specifically, the deadline for filing supplemental party comments on the ITC’s final determinations is Feb. 13 and the staff report in the final phase of these investigations will be placed in the nonpublic record Feb. 24, with a public version to be issued thereafter.

Ammonium Sulfate. The ITC has made final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on ammonium sulfate from China. As a result, the ITA will soon issue AD and CV duty orders on this product.
