AD/CV: Garment Hangers, Polyester Staple Fiber

Hangers. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel wire garment hangers from Vietnam for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018, after the petitioner timely withdrew its request for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Polyester Staple Fiber. The International Trade Commission has revised the schedule for its final AD injury investigations of low melt polyester staple fiber from Korea and Taiwan. Requests to appear at the hearing are due June 14, the pre-hearing conference will be held June 14, pre-hearing briefs are due by June 7, the hearing will be held June 19, post-hearing briefs are due June 26, and final comments are due July 17.
