FTZ Board Expands Two Subzones, Declines Production Request

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved a request made on behalf of LOOP LLC to expand subzone 124D by including an additional parcel in Cut Off, La.

The FTZ Board has approved a request made on behalf of the Valero Refining Company to expand subzone 122J to include an additional parcel in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The FTZ Board has determined not to authorize production under zone procedures at the Wacker Polysilicon North America LLC facility within FTZ 134 in Charleston, Tenn., which is used for the production of polysilicon, because further review is warranted.
