Frozen Fish. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2014, through July 31, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined weighted average dumping margins of $0.69/kg to $2.39/kg. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after March 27.

The ITA has also (1) determined that Ben Tre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company, CADOVIMEX II Seafood Import Export and Processing Joint Stock Company, and Hoang Long Seafood Processing Company Limited had no reviewable transactions during the period of review and (2) rescinded this review with respect to QVD Food Company Ltd., QVD Dong Thap Food Co. Ltd., and Thuan Hung Co. Ltd.

Copper Pipe and Tube. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2015, through Oct. 31, 2016, after the petitioner withdrew its request for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Garment Hangers. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on steel wire garment hangers from Taiwan for the period Dec. 1, 2015, through Nov. 30, 2016, after the petitioners timely withdrew their request for review. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
