The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Fluid end blocks – initiation of AD duty investigations of forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany, India, and Italy, with alleged dumping margins of 83.37, 198.85, and 87.04 percent, respectively, and CV duty investigation of such goods from China

Off-road tires – CV duty rates of 19.78, 33.05, and 46.31 percent in amended final results of administrative review of CV duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2014

Polyester yarn – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on polyester textured yarn from China and India, effective Jan. 10, with current AD cash deposit rates of 65.39 and 66.47 percent for China and 13.5 to 43.85 percent for India and CV cash deposit rates of 32.18 to 473.09 percent for China and 4.29 to 21.83 percent for India

Truck and bus tires – final determination that Sailun Group Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Sailun Jinyu Group Co. Ltd. and Sailun (Shenyang) Tire Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Shenyang Peace Radial Tyre Manufacturing Co. Ltd. for purposes of the AD duty order on truck and bus tires from China

Wood moldings – institution of AD and/or CV injury investigations of wood moldings and millwork products from Brazil and China
