AD/CV: Wood Flooring, Steel Wire Rod, Aluminum Sheet, Sodium Gluconate

Wood Flooring. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2015, through Nov. 30, 2016, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for dozens of exporters. The ITA has also determined that 16 producer/exporters made no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during the period of review and is rescinding this review with respect to Dalian Penghong Floor Products Co. Ltd. due to the timely withdrawal of the request for review of this company.

Steel Wire Rod. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative AD injury determinations on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Belarus, Russia, and the United Arab Emirates. As a result, the ITA will issue AD duty orders on these products.

Aluminum Sheet. The ITC has made preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on common alloy aluminum steel sheet from China. As a result, the ITA will continue its AD and CV duty investigations, with preliminary determinations due by Feb. 1 (CV) and April 17 (AD).

Sodium Gluconate. The ITC has made preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on sodium gluconate, gluconic acid, and derivative products from China. As a result, the ITA will continue its AD and CV duty investigations, with preliminary determinations due by Feb. 23 (CV) and May 9 (AD).

The ITA also made a preliminary negative AD injury determination on subject goods from France. As a result, the AD duty investigation of this product will be terminated.
