Flat-rolled steel – continuation of AD duty order on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan, effective Oct. 9

Kegs – issuance of AD duty order on refillable steel kegs from Mexico, effective Oct. 10, with AD cash deposits required at the rate of 18.48 percent

Line pipe – continuation of AD duty order on welded large-diameter line pipe from Japan, effective Oct. 11

Steel pipe – dumping margins of 1.65 to 1.83 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates for the period June 8, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017

Tool chests – net subsidy rates of 1.15 and 1.27 percent for one company in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on tool chests and cabinets from China
