The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Flat-rolled steel – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on diffusion-annealed nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 77.7 percent

Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of 8.27 and 11.1 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period March 22, 2016, through Sept. 30, 2017

Steel threaded rod – preliminary affirmative AD duty determination on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from Thailand and affirmative critical circumstances determination, with new retroactive AD cash deposit requirement at 20.83 percent

Steel trailer wheels – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on steel trailer wheels from China and negative critical circumstances determination

Wood flooring – dumping margins of zero to 85.13 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017
