Flasks – new IPR infringement complaint filed on vacuum insulated flasks and components thereof (complainants Steel Technology LLC dba Hydro Flask and Helen of Troy Limited; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Sights – new IPR infringement complaint filed on red dot sights and components thereof (complainant Trijicon Inc.; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)

Video receivers – Aug. 28 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of the limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders recommended by the presiding administrative law judge in investigation 337-TA-1158 of digital video receivers, broadband gateways, and related hardware and software components would affect public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers

Wind turbines – new IPR infringement complaint filed on variable speed wind turbine generators and components thereof (complainant General Electric Company; proposed respondents located in Denmark, Spain, and the U.S.)
