The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Flanges – net subsidy rates of 4.69 and 5.39 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Nov. 29, 2016, through Dec. 31, 2017

New sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders, which will result in either the continuation or revocation of these orders

- oil country tubular goods from China (AD/CV)

- polyvinyl alcohol from China and Japan (AD)

Request reviews – April 30 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2020 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (R-134A) from China (AD)

- activated carbon from China (AD)

- aluminum foil from China (AD/CV)

- biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia (AD)

- drawn stainless steel sinks from China (AD/CV)

- magnesium metal from China (AD)

- non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China (AD)

- phosphor copper from Korea (AD)

- rubber bands from Thailand (AD; Sept. 6, 2018, through March 31, 2020)

- stainless steel sheet and strip from China (AD/CV)

- steel threaded rod from China (AD)

Steel cylinders – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD and CV injury investigations of non-refillable steel cylinders from China, with written comments due by April 22

Uncoated paper – dumping margins of zero and 17.05 percent for Brazil and 6.75 percent for Portugal in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper for the period March 1, 2018, through Feb. 28, 2019
