The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Fish fillets – dumping margins of zero and $2.39/kg in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Nails – dumping margins of 5.43 to 7.34 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Korea for the period July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018

Oil country tubular goods – amended final ruling that seamless unfinished OCTG from China finished in third countries is covered by the scope of the AD and CV duty orders on OCTG from China

Pipe fittings – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018

Plastic bags – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018
