Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Fish fillets – dumping margin of $0.69/kg for one exporter in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2013, through July 31, 2014

Flanges – dumping margins of zero and 1.20 percent for India and 204.53 percent for Italy in final results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on finished carbon steel flanges for the period Feb. 8, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Pipe and tube – dumping margin of 3.29 percent for numerous companies in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Transformers – dumping margins of 37.42 and 60.81 percent for four companies in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Woven sacks – preliminary determination that none of the 20 companies subject to the administrative review of the AD duty order on laminated woven sacks from China for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019, are eligible for separate rates and that these companies are therefore part of the China-wide entity, which is currently subject to an AD duty rate of 91.73 percent
