Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative and new shipper reviews of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012.
Details: Weighted average dumping margins of $0.03 to $2.11 per kilogram in administrative review. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 7. New shipper Golden Quality Seafood Corporation received a de minimis margin, so no AD duties will be assessed and no AD cash deposits will be required.

Nature of Notice: Termination of countervailing duty investigations due to withdrawal of original petition.
Details: ITA will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to terminate suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise from China (no suspension was ever directed with respect to Indonesia).

Nature of Notice: Scope rulings and anti-circumvention determinations made between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2013, on the antidumping and/or countervailing duty orders on the following goods.

Nature of Notice: Scheduling of final phase of antidumping and countervailing injury investigations.
Details: Pre-hearing staff report will be placed in the non-public record on June 27, hearing to be held July 15, requests to appear at hearing due by July 8, pre-hearing briefs due by July 7, post-hearing briefs due by July 22, final comments due by Aug. 8.

Nature of Notice: Sunset review determination that revocation of antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at a margin of 73.87%.
