Fertilizers – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of CV injury investigations of phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia, with written comments due by July 22

Lawn groomers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on tow-behind lawn groomers from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Mechanical tubing – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order of cold-drawn mechanical tubing from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, with respect to 13 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Steel wire rod – dumping margin of 13.68 percent for five producers/exporters in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico for the period Oct. 1, 2017, through Sept. 30, 2018

Twist ties – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD and CV injury investigations of twist ties from China, with written comments due by July 22
