Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Ferrovanadium. The International Trade Administration has made an affirmative preliminary dumping determination on ferrovanadium from Korea. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits at the preliminary weighted average dumping margins, which range from 4.48 percent to 54.69 percent.

Shrimp. In its changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India, the ITA has preliminarily determined that Avanti Frozen is the successor-in-interest to Avanti Feeds Limited and should therefore be subject to its AD duty rate, which is currently 2.20 percent.

Crawfish Tail Meat. The ITA has initiated a new shipper review of the AD duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China with respect to Jingzhou Tianhe Aquatic Products Co. Ltd.

Plastic Bags. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2014, through July 31, 2015, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for Euro SME Sdn Bhd. No AD duties will be imposed on entries of subject goods from this company during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods from this company that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 31.
