Foreign Regulatory Changes Could Affect Exports of Eyewashes, Appliances, Plastic Bags

Canada – July 12 adoption of decision to classify non-medicated eyewashes as natural health products

Colombia – draft technical regulation on cookers, ovens, continuous-flow water heaters, storage water heaters and grills (comments due by Nov. 28)

Egypt – ministerial decree on producers and importers of air conditioners (comments due by Nov. 10)

South Africa – Sept. 6 publication of technical regulation on plastic carrier bags and flat bags

Thailand – draft industrial standard for stretch cling film for food (comments due by Nov. 9)
