Export Committee to Review Enforcement, Regulations, AES

The Bureau of Industry and Security’s Regulations and Procedures Technical Advisory Committee will hold a partially closed meeting June 13 in Washington, D.C. This committee advises BIS on implementation of the Export Administration Regulations and provides for continuing review to update the EAR as needed.

The public session of the meeting will include updates on export enforcement, regulations, and the Automated Export System as well as working group reports. This session will be accessible via teleconference to 25 participants on a first come, first served basis, and requests to join this conference are due by June 6. In addition, a limited number of seats will be available at this session, but reservations are not accepted.
