USDA Reviewing Export Inspection and Weighing Waiver for Specialty Grains

The Department of Agriculture’s Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyard Administration is inviting comments through June 8 on an information collection associated with the export inspection and weighing waiver for high-quality specialty grains transported in containers. To ensure that exporters of such grains comply with the waiver requirements, GIPSA requires them to maintain for three years records generated during the normal course of business that pertain to these shipments and to make these documents available to GIPSA upon request for review or copying.
