Export Committees on Information Systems, Sensors and Instrumentation to Meet

The Bureau of Industry and Security’s Information Systems Technical Advisory Committee will meet Jan. 25 in Washington, D.C. This committee advises BIS on technical questions that affect the level of export controls applicable to information systems equipment and technology. The open session of the upcoming meeting will include working group reports and industry presentations. Requests to participate in this meeting via teleconference are due no later than Jan. 18.

The BIS Sensors and Instrumentation TAC will meet Feb. 1 in San Francisco, Calif. This committee advises BIS on technical questions that affect the level of export controls applicable to sensors and instrumentation equipment and technology. The open session of the upcoming meeting will include remarks from BIS management and industry presentations. Requests to participate in this meeting via teleconference are due no later than Jan. 25.
