Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The Justice Department’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is inviting comments through Dec. 26 on the records and supporting data that show daily activities in the importation, receipt, storage, and disposition of explosives by importers, manufacturers, dealers,  and users licensed under 18 USC Chapter 40. These records are used to show where and to whom explosive materials are sent, thereby ensuring that any diversions will be readily apparent and that ATF will be immediately notified if such materials are lost or stolen.
