Electronic candles – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1195 of electronic candle products and components thereof with respect to two respondents based on a settlement with complainants L&L Candle Company LLC and Sotera Tschetter Inc.
Nicotine pouches – termination without imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1192 of nicotine pouches and components thereof and methods of making the same due to withdrawal of the complaint
Optical filters – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1187 of electronic devices with optical filters and optical sensor systems and components thereof with respect to one patent claim withdrawn by complainant Viavi Solutions Inc.
Vinyl tile – in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1155 of luxury vinyl tile and components thereof, initial determination of section 337 violation by defaulting respondents and July 15 deadline for comments on (1) the form of remedy, if any, that should be ordered, (2) the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and (3) the amount of the bond under which infringing products could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy
