The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Graphite electrodes – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on small-diameter graphite electrodes from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 159.64 percent

Hot-rolled steel – continuation of AD and/or CV duty orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine, effective Aug. 27

Pipe and tube – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China, Korea, Mexico, and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 255.07 percent, 30.66 percent, 11.5 percent, and 41.71 percent, respectively

Steel pipe – dumping margins of 1.65 to 2.83 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates for the period June 8, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017

Steel sinks – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China for the period April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019, with respect to 18 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the cash deposit rates
