The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations.

Electrical connectors – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1043 of electrical connectors, components thereof, and products containing the same following determination of no violation

Semiconductor devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on semiconductor devices, products containing the same, and components thereof (complainant Globalfoundries U.S. Inc.; proposed respondents located in Taiwan, China, and the U.S.; public interest comments due by Sept. 5)

Water filters – determination of violation of Section 337 in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1126 of water filters and components thereof and Sept. 6 deadline for comments on the form of remedy (if any) that should be ordered, the effect of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing goods could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day presidential review period
