Electrical Connectors. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1043 of electrical connectors, components thereof, and products containing the same, the International Trade Commission has determined to review an initial determination finding that one patent claim is invalid because the claim language is indefinite.

Electric Motors. The ITC has terminated two respondents from patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1073 of thermoplastic-encapsulated electric motors, components thereof, and products and vehicles containing same based on the withdrawal of the allegations against them.
