Earpiece Devices. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1121 of earpiece devices and components thereof, the International Trade Commission has found five respondents in default.

Subsea Telecom Systems. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1098 of subsea telecommunications systems and components thereof with respect to five patent claims based on the withdrawal of those claims by complainants Neptune Subsea Acquisitions Ltd., Neptune Subsea IP Ltd., and Xtera Inc.

Microfluidic Systems. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1100 of microfluidic systems and components thereof and products containing same with respect to five patent claims based on the withdrawal of those claims by complainant 10X Genomics Inc.
