Drill bits – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1205 of completion drill bits and products containing same (complainant Varel International Industries LLC; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Electronic devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electronic devices, including computers, tablet computers, and components and modules thereof (complainants Nokia Technologies OY and Nokia Corporation; proposed respondents located in Hong Kong, China, and Mexico)

Planarization slurries – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1204 of chemical mechanical planarization slurries and components thereof (complainant Cabot Microelectronics Corporation; respondents located in Taiwan, Japan, and the U.S.)

Smart thermostats – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1185 of smart thermostats, smart HVAC systems, and components thereof with respect to three respondents based on a settlement with complainant EcoFactor Inc.
