Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Diamond Sawblades. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China for the period Nov. 1, 2016, through Oct. 31, 2017, with respect to three companies based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods from these companies at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Crawfish Tail Meat. The ITA has initiated a new shipper review of the AD duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China to determine if Nanjing Yinxiangchen International Trade Co. Ltd. is eligible for a separate rate.
