The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Crawfish meat – dumping margin of 7.92 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China for the period Sept. 1, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018

Cut-to-length plate – net subsidy rate of 0.56 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Korea for the period April 4 through Dec. 31, 2017

Magnesium – determination of no shipments in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pure magnesium from China for the period May 1, 2017, through April 30, 2018

PET resin – dumping margin of 0.07 percent (de minimis) in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman for the period May 1, 2017, through April 30, 2018

Pipes and tubes – dumping margins of 2.44 percent for Taiwan and zero to 14.73 percent for Turkey in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from these countries for the period May 1, 2017, through April 30, 2018
