Cover plates – in investigation 337-TA-1124, issuance of (1) general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of infringing powered cover plates (electrical receptacle covers with built-in functionality) that infringe one or more specific patent claims and are manufactured and imported from abroad and (2) cease and desist orders directed at four respondents and their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, or other related business entities or their successors or assigns
Motorized vehicles – in investigation 337-TA-1132, issuance of (1) limited exclusion order against the respondents’ infringing motorized vehicles and components thereof and (2) cease and desist orders against two respondents
Spa pumps – termination without imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1198 of spa pumps, jet pump housings, pedicure spas, components thereof, and products containing the same based on withdrawal of complaint by Luraco Health & Beauty LLC
UAVs – in investigation 337-TA-1133 of unmanned aerial vehicles and components thereof, determination to review initial determination of no Section 337 violation and June 24 deadline for comments on remedy, the public interest, and bonding
