The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Corrosion inhibitors – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on corrosion inhibitors from China

Ferrovanadium – dumping margin of 54.69 percent for one company in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on ferrovanadium from Korea for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

Steel pipe – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Thermal paper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on lightweight thermal paper from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 115.29 percent

Threaded rod – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from China and India
