The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Copper pipe – initiation of AD duty investigation of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam, with preliminary determination due by Dec. 7

End blocks – preliminary affirmative AD duty determinations on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy and Germany, with dumping margins of zero to 50.93 percent for Italy and zero to 15.47 percent for Germany, and preliminary negative AD duty determination on such goods from India

Steel pipe – dumping margin of 12.03 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

Steel plate – dumping margins of 1.23 to 1.39 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Italy for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

Wire mesh – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of standard steel welded wire mesh from Mexico, with preliminary determinations due by Sept. 23 (CV) and Dec. 7 (AD)
