Copper Pipe and Tube. In its sunset review of the antidumping duty orders on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico, the International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will remain in place for five years.

Glycine. In the final results of its sunset review of the AD duty order on glycine from China, the International Trade Administration has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of up to 155.89 percent.
