AD/CV Case Update: Copper Pipe and Tube, Steel Bar, Wood Flooring

Copper Pipe and Tube. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China for the period Nov. 1, 2014, through Oct. 31, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for the reviewed exporters. As a result, no AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods from these exporters during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods from these exporters that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 16.

Stainless Steel Bar. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on stainless steel bar from Brazil for the period Feb. 1, 2015, through Jan. 31, 2016, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for producer/exporter Villares Metals S.A. As a result, no AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods from this company during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods from this company that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 16.

Multilayered Wood Flooring. The International Trade Commission has scheduled full sunset reviews of the AD and CV duty orders on multilayered wood flooring from China. A hearing will be held Oct. 12, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Oct. 5, pre-hearing briefs are due by Oct. 3, post-hearing briefs are due by Oct. 23, and final comments are due by Nov. 21. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.
