The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Copper pipe and tube – preliminary results and partial rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China for the period Nov. 1, 2017, through Oct. 31, 2018

Large-diameter pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on welded large-diameter line pipe from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Mechanical tubing – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from China for the period Sept. 25, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on such goods at the cash deposit rates

Solar cells – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2017, through Nov. 30, 2018, with respect to 14 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the cash deposit rates

Steel nails – determination that zinc and nylon anchors imported by Simpson Strong-Tie Company are not within the scope of the AD duty order on steel nails from China
